### 4/5 — The app is good but its laggy.

*2022-07-22, version 2.0.1*

The app is pretty good the app is very clean and very user friendly. However but on my Ipad air 2 it’s laggy.

### 5/5 — This app is great

*2022-06-28, version 2.0.1*

I’ve been into Pokémon for like a few months now and this app would help you to search any Pokémon and help you find the right type to battle. This app is great for Pokémon fans but people that are not Pokémon fans will not like it as much.this app is great for advanced Pokémon virtual trainers and also beginners. This app is great for beginners and almost every Pokémon fan.

### 5/5 — The real life Pokédex I’ve always wanted!

*2022-04-11, version 2.0.1*

I’ve honestly never found a more helpful app for any kind of gaming. It’s easy to use, easy to navigate, REALLY well designed. The Pokédex is just as useful as the type grid and makes it so easy to find out anything you’d want to know instead of all the googling about evolution levels and all that. After playing with it for five minutes I tracked down how to give the developers money since I’d have happily paid for something so helpful.

I’m admittedly not great at playing video games in general but having the type grid pulled up on my phone when I play is probably half the reason I managed to beat let’s go eevee and shield and gotten me about half way through arceus. The “what’s new” part is great since it’s hard for me to imagine what else this app could even need. I know how difficult developing and keeping up with apps must be and y’all are GREAT!

I have no idea why this has so few reviews but every friend I have that plays Pokémon has downloaded it immediately after I showed it to them. If you guys see this review let me know if there’s any other way to donate money for the cause of updates!

### 5/5 — Best app

*2022-01-21, version 2.0.1*

A very smooth app that’s easy to navigate! 10/10 recommend

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2021-12-10, version 2.0.1*

I’ve only had for a couple of minutes and the Pokédex and the type grid is amazing so this app is a 10/10😁

### 5/5 — Love it

*2021-12-03, version 2.0.1*

### 5/5 — Really effective and super easy to use!

*2021-06-28, version 2.0.1*

Really effective and super easy to use!

### 5/5 — Super Polished!

*2021-04-26, version 2.0.1*

Downloaded several similar apps at the same time to find one that I liked. Opened this one first and immediately uninstalled the others. Works perfectly, polished interface and so much potential.

### 5/5 — My Go To for Max Raids

*2021-04-10, version 1.2.1*

This app is super clean and simple and easy to use, I don’t use anything else now that I’ve downloaded it. Hate that scrolling to look for a type, they are all right there, tap tap boom, use what they tell you and you’re good to go. Makes it easier for me to remember double damage against two type Pokémon.

Thank you for this app!!!!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2021-03-27, version 1.2.1*

Easy to use and I can go to max raids and using this app with ease.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,

*2022-06-02, version 2.0.1*

I don’t know how your supposed to do anything!!!!'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

### 2/5 — App runs very poorly

*2021-10-17, version 2.0.1*

The app gives pretty useful information, but it runs at a terrible frame rate because of the constant excess of animation.

### 3/5 — I am unaware how to use the app

*2022-08-14, version 2.0.1*

I don’t know how to battle in general I’ve done all of the steps and nothing happens I’m just confused on how it works

### 4/5 — Great app, but one suggestion

*2025-04-13, version 2.1.2*

I love this app. I am really bad at remembering base stats and weaknesses, and this app fixes that. The only thing I think is missing is move sets. I can understand why this is not a feature( probably due to the move sets switching a little every generation) but I feel it would be an amazing addition.

### 4/5 — Fairly Satisfied

*2024-06-22, version 2.1.2*

I like the app and it helps for many things, like Fakemon typing and actually battling. It also has no become the way I track what pokemon I have in my Pokemon home. Only two minor issues I have. 1. I would like to be able to log variant types like Female Indeedee since I don’t have a male one and 2. I wish the pokemon images where not blurred. Other then that, great informative app

### 4/5 — Very nice app

*2023-05-31, version 2.1.2*

Love it - very easy to use and understand. I use it I Pokémon go to check up on some weird combination types

### 4/5 — Paldea

*2023-01-03, version 2.0.2*

Hey, the app is great and I use it all the time. Just one minor issue. Could you add Paldea Pokémon to the app? THANKS!

### 4/5 — slow updates (which is ok with me) but great app

*2022-12-04, version 2.0.2*

i love this app and it’s the only app i use when i play pokémon. my only complaint is that it doesn’t seem like it’s fully updated for Scarlet/Violet (super understandable in my opinion, the dev has said this is a side project) yet. i was trying to find Smoliv’s type to battle one and it’s not in the pokédex in the app, so i’ll just search the newer pokémon online for now. i can’t wait until this is fully updated for this generation.

### 4/5 — Why

*2022-11-26, version 2.0.2*

I love it but why did you have to blur the Pokémon images

### 4/5 — Very good but could use improvements

*2022-09-23, version 2.0.1*

The layout is very simple and easy to get, and type charts amazing! The only thing I would add is maybe abilities of a Pokémon for example Cinderace would say main ability: blaze: powers up fire moves when hp is low secret ability: Libero: changes type to the type of the last move it used. I would also love to see a move list about what level a Pokémon naturally learns a move and what tms they can learn. However excellent app!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It’s actually way better than I thought.

*2025-09-21, version 2.1.2*

So it’s rlly good! I like it, I wish that the Pokemon were unblurred- but that isn’t your problem! I was wondering- when legends za comes out will you be adding the new megas?

### 5/5 — nice

*2023-10-10, version 2.1.2*

Great app. Helps a lot with me learning the type chart, so I would totally recommend this app,

### 5/5 — Best Pokémon Type App!

*2023-09-07, version 2.1.2*

Hard to find a better version. Works exactly as you would think.

### 5/5 — Cool tool

*2023-03-17, version 2.1.2*

I always like using this in battles get this app

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2022-12-18, version 2.0.2*

I can’t believe how this simple app makes my life so easy! I love the aesthetic too, it’s very pleasant to look at, and it runs very smoothly. The only thing is… I would love for more features to be added! Such as showing what effort value each Pokémon give when battled, and new generation Pokémon up to Scarlet/Violet! What would be even cooler is adding some kind of Tera Raid Pokémon weakness calculator on top of that! :D I know it’s asking a lot, but I would be willing to pay/donate for those kind of features! I absolutely love that your app is free though.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-12-02, version 2.0.2*

Great app, just hope updates continue with new gens of Pokémon 👏🏼

### 5/5 — Seriously a must have

*2022-11-30, version 2.0.2*

I’ve had this app for two years, and it is easily the best Pokémon type tool I’ve ever come across. Super easy and simple to use and looks very clean. I know other apps or websites can contain a lot of information that can be overwhelming or confusing to sift through, but this one is very straightforward and neatly organized. Perfect for new and veteran Pokémon trainers alike. I have played Pokémon since I was a child, but I have a pretty spotty memory and this app helps me keep my type matchups in order and helps me bring my A-game in any raids or battles I take part in.
I seriously open this app and every time my brain goes “wow this is so neat. I hope whoever developed this has a very nice day.” and I recommend this app to all of my buddies that play Pokémon.
So, Todd Kelly, thank you for this app and I hope you are having a great day. :+)

### 5/5 — Love it

*2022-11-24, version 2.0.2*

This app is super helpful and very intuitive and useful. Is it up to date with Scarlett and violet?

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-11-22, version 2.0.2*

I love the way this app is presentee, very clean and professional, thanks and keep updating :)

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2022-11-12, version 2.0.2*

This app is amazing! I love the look of it, I love that it allows you to select dual-typing and that you can even search for specific pokemon from the type grid menu and it will show you the best match ups to use! Also the Pokédex feature is so nice and I like that you can mark the ones you’ve caught! The sounds are an added bonus as well! I love this app, I’m hoping I can tip the developer soon!
