## What is Poke?

Poke is a private notebook for a routine that runs on injections.

Log a shot in a few taps: medication, amount, site, date and time. Poke then tells you the one thing you actually want to know: when the next shot is due. Your health record stays on your phone. There is no account and no sign-in.

Poke includes a searchable list of 47 medications: semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, retatrutide, cagrilintide, ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin, BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, NAD+, testosterone, estradiol, the popular blends and more. If your medication is not on the list, add your own.

YOUR NEXT SHOT, ON THE FIRST SCREEN
Open Poke and the next shot day is the first thing you see. Poke keeps the full history of every shot you logged.

REMINDERS THAT ASK
Ready for your shot? How do you feel today? Did you miss a day? Poke asks on shot day, checks in the day after, and catches a missed day the next morning. Each reminder has its own switch in Profile. Poke sends at most one a day for each medication, and nothing at night.

YOUR ESTIMATED LEVEL, DAY BY DAY (POKE PRO)
Poke draws the estimated curve between your shots. The curve uses the shots you logged and the half-life on file for the medication. Poke shows the source of every half-life.

TRENDS THAT ADD UP (POKE PRO)
Poke puts your weight, your doses and the side effects you record on one timeline. You see what moved with what.

UNLIMITED MEDICATIONS (POKE PRO)
The free app keeps two medications. Pro runs as many as you take, and each medication keeps its own schedule.

TAKE IT TO YOUR DOCTOR (POKE PRO)
Export everything you logged as one CSV file. A clean record for your next appointment.

FREE, FOR AS LONG AS YOU USE IT
Logging, the next shot day, the full history, all three reminders and two medications are free, with no time limit.

PRIVACY
Your log lives on your device. Poke has no user accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to. Poke sends no health record to an ad network.

WHAT POKE IS NOT
Poke is a record of what you enter and nothing more. Poke gives no medical advice, no diagnosis, no treatment guidance and no dose recommendations. The level curve is an estimate that Poke calculates from the shots you log and the half-life on file. Poke shows the source of every half-life. The level curve is not a measurement. The level curve is not a basis for changing a dose. The reconstitution screen is a unit conversion for laboratory and educational use. The reconstitution screen turns a mass and a volume into a concentration. Speak to a licensed clinician about your treatment. Call your local emergency number if you have an emergency.

SUBSCRIPTION
Poke Pro is an auto-renewable subscription.
- Poke Pro Yearly: 39.99 USD per year, after a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Poke Pro Monthly: 9.99 USD per month, no trial.
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your region. The app always shows the price you will pay before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. I’ve been really impressed with Poke. I’ve been getting more interested in peptides lately, especially learning about the different options, what people use them for, and keeping up with new information. Poke makes that whole experience feel much more convenient and organized. The app is easy to use, the selection is solid, and overall I’ve had a great experience with it so far. ## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.1 — 2026-08-30

Poke now asks for tracking permission only after the first screen appears. If you allow it, Poke can measure which ad led to an install or subscription. If you deny it, every app function stays available and your health record stays on this phone.

### 1.6.0 — 2026-08-26

Poke 1.6.0 reworks your first minutes in the app.

- A new setup flow: the goal you pick shapes the words you read, from the first screens to your plan.
- A redesigned plan: the level curve leads the screen, and the page reads like a diary.
- A simpler mix step: enter the water, and Poke shows the units on your syringe.
- The welcome screens show the reminder banner as it appears on your lock screen.
- Reminder banners speak one clear voice, and a tap opens the right log screen.
- Pick the color each medication draws with.
- Touch and hold the Today chart to read your estimated level hour by hour.

### 1.5.2 — 2026-08-23

Poke 1.5.2 is a big update, built from your requests.

- Sync with Apple Health: Poke reads your weight, so you do not type it by hand. Poke reads weight only and sends nothing back.
- Edit or delete a shot: change the medication, the dose, the site, the day, the time or the note. Remove a shot you logged by mistake.
- Cycles: set your weeks on and your weeks off, and Poke shows the week you are in. A reminder tells you when the break ends.
- A dose for each day: set a different dose for each shot day. Reminders, Today and History show the dose for that day.
- New schedules: take a shot every few days, or on the same days each week.
- A larger library: testosterone, estradiol and the popular blends, with search across all of it.
- Blend curves: enter the mix on your vial label, and Poke draws the level curve.
- A better body diagram: every site is open, both glutes included, and the dots are easier to tap. Routes read in plain words.
- Clear days: mark a day clear when you have no side effects.
- Safer updates: if the database cannot open after an update, Poke offers to export your records first.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-08-12

TODAY, CALM
One card for the medication you focus on: the level curve, your week under it, and Log shot in a fixed slot. Hold a row to reorder. The order you set is the order Poke opens with.

A NEW HISTORY
Months stack in one scroll. Each day carries one lane per medication, so a kept dose, a missed dose and a planned dose read at a glance. Tap a day to open it and log a shot for that day.

PROGRESS, ON ONE CHART
Weight, shots and side effects share one timeline. Free shows the shape of your line. Poke Pro shows the numbers.

MORE MEDICATIONS, SOURCED
33 presets, searchable by brand name such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound. Every half-life names its source, and an estimate says it is an estimate.

Plus a new first screen and many small fixes.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-11

Poke Pro arrives. Logging stays free for as long as you use it — the level curve, the trend charts, more than one medication and CSV export are now part of Pro. Also: the reminder is steadier, and the first-run setup states plainly what Poke is and is not.
