MAKE SURE YOU SIGN IN WITH THE ACCOUNT CONNECTED TO YOUR EVENT TICKETS. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2025-08-11* Every time I try to open this app it asks me to login then it has a pop up stating “not registered for event please register and try again” I’ve tried to find something on play! Pokémon and nothing. I can’t even change the email im trying to log in with. Not even deleting the app worked to reset it. When I try to log in, I get “login error: your submission was not processed. Try again in 30 seconds” so it’s truly useless for me. ### 1/5 — Can’t get pass sign in *2026-08-21* The app doesn’t send a verification email no matter how many times i resend it. And it is the email i used for the event. Not even deleting and redownloading the app helps. It’s a super easy app to use and very accessible overall. I’m thankful to have it because this year’s event is at a huge venue! ### 5/5 — Easy Log In / Great UI *2026-08-27* I see a lot of reviews talking about troubles logging in, but since the app is specifically for XP and 2026 Worlds, as long as you use the email you have attached to your Worlds account, there's genuinely no issue. I've done this with several people who've had no issues. If you don't use an email attached to your World's account, it will give you an issue because it doesn't see you as an attendee, which is who the app is for. Please disregard the 1 star ratings for log in issues because they are very easy to avoid if you have an email associated with going to the event. I have tickets for worlds and I was able to log in just fine with the email that I purchased them on. About the actual app itself though, it’s great! you’re able to save events and it’ll automatically make a schedule for you, and you’ll be able to see if any events overlap too.
