What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep

■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.

■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!

■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

■ Check Your Sleep Report
What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

You can have Pokémon at your side even when you sleep! With features like Pokémon-inspired music to relax you into sleep, plus smart alarms that wake you when you’re in a shallow stage of sleep, Pokémon Sleep may help you to rest your very best.

I am so tired of getting a confirmation message that I changed teams then coming back and seeing the team didn’t actually switch. Don’t give a confirmation message if it didn’t happen. When I swap a team, I should be able to close the app immediately afterward and not have to worry.

Amazing managing game! The only thing I would add is more in game achievement ! And I would really like to see new weekly rewards in Expert mode! Why not use the new specific Main Skill Seeds as a reward depending on the island! I feel like it would be balance to have a random MSS per week. 

Last thing we need more control over the nature and sub skills of Pokémons. It sometime feels to much like a gacha game and too RNG based. Would be nice to introduce some some way to obtain control like slept time with a certain Pokémon or some sort of training! That way we could focus our energy and resources on our favorite Pokémon in our boxes.

This game is awesome entertaining and I look at stats and all of that and somehow my mom is doing better than me. This game is truly built for people who want to be the very best and people who don’t care and just wanna catch cool pokemon

I’ve been tracking my sleep for years, I have tracked my sleep with every app imaginable, an Apple Watch, Apple Health, an Oura Ring, you name it I’ve tried it. (Oura Ring is the top tier option in case you were wondering. Best. Purchase. Ever.). Pokemon sleep is very fun to play and I do still use it, but only to catch Pokemon with my friends. The actual sleep tracking function of this app sucks. It’s always telling me that I slept less than I actually did (which screws you for the game because you have to sleep to rest up your Pokemon) and it’s always telling me the app closed overnight and low key scolds me for it. Like excuse you, my app IS open and has been all night. YOUR tracking coding is the problem. At least the app is fully usable for free. That’s more than I can say for any other sleep tracking app I’ve tried.
