Privacy improvements

- You can now review and change your advertising choices at any time from Profile > Privacy & Data.
- A new switch lets you turn off usage data sharing, covering both analytics and attribution.
- Trainers in the EU and UK are asked for consent before any advertising data is used, and that choice is now respected everywhere in the app.
