確認コードいつまで経っても送られてこない。
金融口座と繋げ方全くわからない。説明不足。作り込み不足。ユーザー目線不足。せめて一つぐらい評価できるところを示して欲しい。

在网站上注册过了，却在应用上登不进去

勝手にログアウトされて残高が消える。会員登録すれば引き継げるような文句を書いているが、会員登録の画面すらiOSアプリの不具合でか進めないので登録せずに使うしかなく、結果アップデートで強制登録をさせるためにログアウト。正直ポイント還元もほぼ無いし、説明不足というか開発側主体すぎて不快。

カメラが起動しません

アプリのカメラが起動しない、あるいは、QRコードが読み取れない場合、ポケペイアプリからカメラアプリへのアクセスが許可されていない可能性があります。
（アプリでの初回カメラ利用時に、カメラ利用の許可を求める案内が出ますが、その際に「許可しない」を選択されてしまった場合にはカメラが利用できません）

下記をご参考にカメラのアクセス設定の変更をお試しいただけますでしょうか。

1. 「設定」アプリを開き、下にスクロールしていただくと「ポケペイ」がございます。
2. ｢ポケペイ｣をご選択後、「カメラ」の項目のスイッチをオン（緑の状態）にして、アプリのカメラへのアクセスを許可してください。

上記にてアクセスの許可設定をいただいた後、ポケペイアプリ上で右下の「+」マークをタップしていただき、カメラが起動することが確認できれば、以後ご利用可能となります。

支払時の音が大きい問題とイヤホンで聴いていたバックグランドの音楽を止めてしまうのは止めて欲しいです。最初に立ち上げる1回目だけの動作ですが、よろしくお願いします。

2ヶ月少し使ってますが、エラーなどは1度もなく支払いも4秒で済み、快適に使用できています。

改善依頼が一点あります。
AirPodsを付けている場合、支払い時の音が非常に大きく、耳が痛いレベルです。
音量ボタン下げても変わりません。
設定項目探しましたが見当たりません。

金銭のやり取りなので、カメラなどと同じく、音を消すことは難しいかもしれませんが、
音量を小さく出来る、もしくは本体からは大音量のままでもイヤホンからは小さくコントロール出来るように変更していただければ非常に助かります。
よろしくお願いいたします。
