I plan on sticking with what we had but she recommended I look at polar dive. Well from what I could tell in pictures it looked like it may be a little sturdier and since there was a sale we ended up with the max pro tub, chiller and the sauna for the same as I was going to spend elsewhere. We were not disappointed when the tub arrived, it was 100% sturdier and very easy to set up. We had some issues with the chiller that were very quickly resolved with customer service. However the tub seemed to have a small leak somewhere on the bottom after a little troubleshooting via video customer service decided to just send a replacement. I cannot stress enough how good customer service is. I feel like it’s a throwback to when the customer is always right- and they respond incredibly fast too.
