Can only make two rosters. Can’t do a batch entry from excel or sheets. Emailing reports to coaches and participants is glitchy. ### 2/5 — Australian Para Swimming Team *2022-02-07, version 1.9.2* The new Verity’s are nice and compact and easy to use. Consistency in readings is still an issue but trying to work through it. Right now it has severe limitations and lack of features that should be addressed. For example it should handle multiple teams, same players on multiple teams and sports. For example I play on a hockey team and my son plays on a hockey and two soccer teams. Right now we can't handle this situation with the software as it only allows a single team but I would like to use it for multiple teams. Even if it allowed multiple teams there would be no way to put my son's account on multiple teams and handle all his user and workout data together. I also wish that the software would export hrm data in hrm or XML format instead of just exporting PDF files with charts. It is a great app but right now it's little more than a remote monitor of current heart rate of the players. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Less features, less useful. *2025-06-18, version 1.11.0* Polar has removed features from this app over the years and made it less and less usable. Our club can’t afford displaying services.Players and coaching staff can’t afford the update and my training services and access to gym is already a free resource to this players. I have tailored cardiovascular workouts that require my athletes to see their % max heart rate but now I can’t display it on an external monitor for them to see. We don’t have a big enough budget for your bogus charge. Bad business. ### 1/5 — New update has ruined my business *2018-02-23, version 1.3* I have over 70 clients who have recently purchased the h7 monitor and have been using it to project their live workouts on my TVs in my personal training center.
