## What is Polara?

Plan around pollen instead of suffering through it.

Most pollen apps tell you how bad the air is right now. Polara looks ahead. It scans hourly pollen forecasts for the days ahead and finds your Clear Windows, the hours when the species you react to are at their lowest. So you can run, walk the dog, or open the windows on your terms.

YOUR PERSONAL INDEX
Pick the species that set you off and Polara builds a personal Universal Pollen Index from live data for your exact neighborhood. One number, 0 to 100, based on the internationally used NAB severity scale. No generic city averages.

CLEAR WINDOWS
Polara finds the cleanest stretch of each day for your allergens and tells you when it opens and closes. Get a heads up 30 minutes before your best hours begin.

THE PLANNER
See the days ahead as simple color bands, one band per allergen, with your Clear Window highlighted on each day. Spot the best day of the week at a glance and set a reminder for it.

THE MAP
A live pollen layer over the real map of your area. See where the air is cleaner right now, filter by trees, grasses, or weeds, and scrub through the coming days.

THE LOG
One tap a day to record how you feel. Polara compares your check-ins with real pollen history and learns which species actually drives your symptoms, then weights your forecast accordingly.
