The app provides everything you need to spend time renewing your mind with God’s Word. I have asked it simple and complex questions. It provides all the information (historical, contextual, grammatical) needed to dive deeper in your understanding of the Bible. The devotional creation is awesome! Use a passage of the Bible and allow the app to create a devotional that will keep you meditating on God’s Word all day long. ### 3/5 — No ESV? *2026-08-03* There is no Esv Bible in the app, not only that, but it is also doesn’t have the most used translation, the NIV. Without paying for the pro subscription it is basically a lesser version of the ESV app (without it commentaries or audio Bible) and the Bible app (with many more features then Polaris). If this app wants to grow they are going to have to give a better free experience that is better then the other big Bible apps. **Developer response:** Hi Ethan, thanks for the feedback. I would love to offer the ESV and NIV in Polaris. I have filed with both copyright owners to carry these translations as well and hope they will soon provide access. While I do think Polaris is a good standalone Bible app, the real power that sets it apart from other apps are the premium AI study tools.
