Without paying for the pro subscription it is basically a lesser version of the ESV app (without it commentaries or audio Bible) and the Bible app (with many more features then Polaris). If this app wants to grow they are going to have to give a better free experience that is better then the other big Bible apps. **Developer response:** Hi Ethan, thanks for the feedback. I would love to offer the ESV and NIV in Polaris. I have filed with both copyright owners to carry these translations as well and hope they will soon provide access. While I do think Polaris is a good standalone Bible app, the real power that sets it apart from other apps are the premium AI study tools. The app provides everything you need to spend time renewing your mind with God’s Word. I have asked it simple and complex questions. It provides all the information (historical, contextual, grammatical) needed to dive deeper in your understanding of the Bible. The devotional creation is awesome! The layout is clean, distraction free, and easy to navigate, and the quick verse lookup plus offline access make it really practical for everyday use. You can sign up for daily emails that include a verse and a daily devotion on it, this is a helpful reminder in the morning to help your day to be started off in the Word! I love how it helps explore passages in context and the Bible chat and devotion tools make it easy to ask questions and stay engaged. It feels trustworthy, grounded, and genuinely helpful for growing in your understanding of the Bible.
