경찰청에서는 범죄피해자가 휴대폰으로 언제 어디서든 필요한 지원정보를 쉽게 확인하고 심리안정에 도움이 되는 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있도록 애플리케이션을 개발하여 무료로 보급합니다. 
범죄 발생 후 충격 상태의 피해자를 위해 심리상태 체크 및 정상화, 안정화를 지원하는 프로그램을 제공하고 있으며 프로그램내 포함된 일부 의학정보는 국가건강정보포털 의학정보에 공개된 일반적인 내용이며 개개인의 상태를 진단하거나 환자를 치료하기 위한 목적이나 내용은 아니므로, 개개인의 실제 증상에 따른 부분에 대해서는 병원진료를 통한 의사의 진단을 받으시기 바랍니다.
