Beginners through to advanced will all find something to tickle their fancy in this one - with video lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced, ranging from sexy floorwork right through to acrobatics and pole tricks of a high difficulty level. Articles are professionally written and cover all the up and coming and already-famous pole stars, events worldwide, and poletics of interest to all pole dancers. Pole is my full-time job, so it's important that I am constantly updated on the latest moves, news, competitions and events going on in the community. Pole Dance FItness and Aerial Arts Magazine does a great job delivering this information in a beautiful, graphically intense and visually sophisticated layout. The interviews are of well-known polestars and those working for the benefit of the sport (i.e., The International Pole Sports Federation), and there are great video tutorials with breakdowns focusing on everything from beginner-level spins, conditioning exercises and advanced tricks -- all of this priced around what I pay for a latté at Starbucks! I love how there are videos to help learn new moves from the best pole dancers across the world in my own home! I enjoy reading the interviews as you find out more about the dancers and why they do pole dancing. Those who find it in the category of "I'm not sure if I want to download this..." or "indecent," weLL- just get over it! It's an art form, pole dancing that is... Based off of the content made available in each e-magazine, this style of dance looks like a whole lot of FuN. It also looks uplifting (get it, lol:0) & positive to an individual's human spirit & sexuality. Plus you can get your workout on, shoot! I really like this mag. it's instructional, helpful, and holds a bunch of fun-to-read articles with video/digital media content that makes it enjoyable even for those peeps out there (such as myself;) who've never even had the chance yet to grab onto a dance pole. Sure can say that I am looking forward to practicing such technique(s) in the future though, all thanks to the good people @ POLE DANCE Magazine!
