## What is Poleris?

Poleris is a manifestation journal with the 369 method, a vision board and daily affirmations. Write what you want, then come back to it every day.
Every morning, a 2-minute ritual: read your affirmation, give thanks and see it. One small step turns your intention into a habit.
New in 2.4: widgets, your own voice and lock screen wallpapers.

YOUR PERSONAL DAILY RITUAL (PREMIUM)
Pick an intention, how you feel and 2, 5 or 10 minutes. Poleris builds today's ritual for you: an opening breath, an affirmation, a short visualization and a gentle close, read aloud by your device's voice (or as text if there is no voice for your language).

JOURNEYS
The 21-Day Journey: Clarity, Action, then Trust and release, with one question and one small step a day. When it ends, start Peace with Money (7 days), Kinder to Yourself (10 days) or A Step in Your Career (10 days).

INTENTIONS, 369 AND STREAKS
Write your intentions, try the 369 method (3, 6 and 9 times a day) and turn them into small tasks with gentle reminders. Mark one Manifested when it comes true. Streak milestones from 3 to 100 days, and a streak shield for every 7-day streak. Missed a day? A gentle welcome, never shaming.

EVENING RITUAL, AFFIRMATIONS AND CALM
Close the day with what went well and one step for tomorrow. Affirmation decks for love, career, abundance, health, confidence or calm, or write your own. Breathing patterns, guided meditations and sleep sounds from rain to fireplace.

WIDGETS, YOUR VOICE, WALLPAPERS
Home and lock screen widgets show today's affirmation, your intention and streak. Record affirmations in your own voice (3 free, unlimited with Premium); recordings stay on your device. Sleep sounds play on with the screen locked. Make a 9:16 lock screen wallpaper.

VISION BOARD, PROFILE AND FRIENDS
A vision board of photos and sketches, stats, badges, a ritual calendar and an archive. Add friends by handle and send ready-made support or today's affirmation card. Discover stays off until you turn it on. No open chat; you can report or block anyone.

OPTIONAL
English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, German, French, Italian and Japanese. Sign in with email, Apple or Google. Your rituals and notes stay on your device. Poleris is a tool for reflection and habits; it does not replace professional care.

PREMIUM
A ritual made for you every day, and a new journey when one ends.
Everything free today stays free.
Free forever: intentions, tasks, daily ritual, daily note, breathing, 4 sleep sounds, 4 meditations.
Also free: days 1 to 3 of the 21-Day Journey, day 1 of every new journey, and 1 personal ritual a week (2 minutes only).
