It’s also showing the wrong default account. Login is slow and often fails. The new features sound good in theory but are riddled with bugs. The sign in and getting into the accounts page is a longer process than it should be, it often defaults back to a standard payment not OSKO so if you forget to doublecheck you can’t instantly receive your money into an external account. Annoying to use and needs to be more user-friendly. Log on goes straight to log off screen without account details. You’ve created so many extra unnecessary steps. And instead of logging in and seeing my bank I log in and immediately nearly log straight back out as that’s the ONLY OPTION on the front page. SO STUPID. When I log in, it should pop up with my accounts straight away. You’ve moved everything, it’s SO much harder to use now. It isn’t free flowing, seems clunky, and I feel that I’m having to take more steps to transfer money or access accounts than on the previous version. All saved payees have reverted to standard transfer and to fix you must delete the payee and re-add making sure you choose osko as it defaults to standard. No assistance available from the bank in correcting. Same goes for my Visa card. Contacted the help line but I only had one 24 hr ration pack to use as I waited and had to terminate the call. 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Then I google you and after jumping through hoops yet again I finally managed my transfer ### 1/5 — Bring back old app *2025-10-23, version 4.9.0* This app is terrible. Too clunky to get to accounts; when you make a payment it goes back to all accounts screen instead of the account you were in; and the biggest fault is standard payment is the default instead of OSKO. If you forget to double check payment method, it goes through as standard and you have to wait a couple of days for it to go to another account. WHY WOULDN’T it be OSKO as default? No notification that this was the case with new app so had to transfer $1400 twice because first was a standard payment and it was Friday after 7 so had to wait till the following Tuesday to get the first $1400. Not happy, if there is going to be an update at least it should be better than the last app version. ### 1/5 — Why is Osko now gone? *2025-09-07, version 4.9.0* Osko payment methods have disappeared??. I have time sensitive payments due on my payday which I now have to log in on the browser to ensure same day delivery.
