So you realise it’s more fun to see how long you can go without hitting the cars, and the best way to do that is to not move or touch the screen. At some point there does it devolve from a game to a battery sucker? Looks are ok but you can literally just start a level and leave the car to drive without controlling it. Purpose of the game is to hit getaway cars. There are no penalties for hitting other vehicles and the getaway cars will end up driving into you which doesn’t damage you but does take points off them.
