### 4/5 — Password feature not working

*2013-10-28, version 1.0*

Great app but after setting a password the app advises password set and then crashes. When going back in the password is not set. iOS 7.0.3 iPhone 5C.

### 4/5 — Password option & medical info

*2012-12-02, version 1.0*

In general, this is a great app. Ince you've installed it, please make sure you enable the Password (button on home screen) to protect this info if your phone is lost or stolen. Also, the developers could add fields specifically for medical conditions, medication & allergies.

### 4/5 — Parents of kids with autism are talking about this app

*2012-11-30, version 1.0*

I usually take a photo of my 3 yo daughter whenever we go anywhere for just this purpose as my daughter is prone to running away when she gets overwhelmed in public. This is a very useful app that I'm sure would provide some focus in an emergency. Well done. I hope I never need to use it.

### 4/5 — Great Idea

*2012-11-28, version 1.0*

This is such a great idea, particularly in an urgent situation when your child goes missing. Having the pre-formatted information is helpful instead of trying to think of all the information in a panic situation. The only couple of things I would recommend is having the ability to add several photo's of your child. Eg. portrait, full body photo etc. Also the ability of printing a poster of your child's information so it can be distributed. I would also add a field of what the child was last wearing and where the child disappeared from.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Why no iOS 11 update??

*2017-10-09, version 1.0*

Update required to continue working on iPhones.

### 1/5 — Can't set a password

*2014-05-24, version 1.0*

It crashes every time I try to set a password, so deleting!

### 2/5 — Missing Details

*2012-11-28, version 1.0*

I think the premise behind this app is fantastic and theoretically a great idea however there is nothing included to state what email address to send the information to so the police can be notified.

### 3/5 — Great idea altho password protect doesn't work

*2015-03-25, version 1.0*

Can anyone advise how to get the password protection to work?

### 3/5 — Password retrieval??

*2014-10-04, version 1.0*

I can not remember my password! Is there a way of resetting this other than deleting the entire app?

### 3/5 — Good idea but needs adjustment

*2014-05-24, version 1.0*

Good idea but the password option crashes when I try to save it and then I go back in and it's not saved.

### 3/5 — Password

*2014-05-24, version 1.0*

Password protection will not set, using iPad. Any suggestions.

### 3/5 — Great But

*2013-02-22, version 1.0*

This is a great idea however I can't for the life of me remember my password. An option to email or text the password or a way of resetting it would be really handy. I can only imagine people really needing the info inside having a mind blank & not being able to retrieve the info & wasting time rather than saving time.

### 3/5 — Second

*2012-11-28, version 1.0*

I saw it on the news to everyone should get this app

### 4/5 — Great idea!

*2018-02-18, version 1.11*

What a great app! Lets hope though that i never have to actually use the app.

Having all this info in one spot ready to, should you ever need it, can make a stressful situation that little bit easier.
This app should be advertised across schools and TV.

One suggestion....the app should have the ability to add two or three pictures of the child. Especially for those with long hair....hair up pic, hair down/out pic. Maybe a full body pic too.

### 5/5 — Works great

*2014-10-07*

Works on iPod touch third generation, but could not get it to work on an iPad mini. The password feature is really a plus.

### 5/5 — Highly recommended

*2012-11-29, version 1.0*

Great idea and fully supported by AFP. Every parent should have this app!

### 5/5 — Am I 2nd?

### 5/5 — First!! Woo hoo!

### 4/5 — Great app

*2016-08-11, version 1.0*

Great app, but really needs a password reset option. I set it up months ago, now can't remember my password. Very frustrating.

### 4/5 — A great app I hope never to use

*2014-08-23, version 1.0*

A great app, lots of options to add in features of your child.
A couple of glitches re no autocorrect or auto-grammar (have to enter some capitals etc).
As my review heading says, a great app but I hope I never have to use it beyond storing my kids' info.
Would like the option of including a photo of any of the 'distinctive features', if listed.
Great feature to send the info to myself for archival purposes should my phone get damaged or lost.

### 4/5 — Password

*2014-05-24, version 1.0*

Password doesn't work. Help!!!

### 4/5 — Password issue

*2014-05-23, version 1.0*

Same issue as below with app crashing on setting password. Otherwise, good app.
