I was so hoping this would have been fixed by now ### 1/5 — Terrible upgrade *2025-12-10, version 4.0.0* Opened the app and my balance was visible. Not very safe. Had to then try work out how to remove that. It repeatedly freezes even when updated. I regularly have to re load it and start again. It can’t be used on dark mode and there’s. O setting options for colour or text size adjustments. Not user friendly at all. ### 2/5 — Constant shut downs *2023-04-11, version 2.2.2* This app always shuts down at the most inconvenient times. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Cannot access messages *2023-03-31, version 2.2.2* Unfortunately, I am unable to access my messages. It always says there is an error and to try again later. The apps layout (even if it’s a bit clunky) is quite easy to navigate. Apple Pay has been a lifesaving feature. Also, double tapping on the account balances to view a balance is a very good feature. The balance, transaction, deposit/credit and eftpos alerts being sent via the secure mail service could be improved by including more information on the transaction or sending it by an app notification rather than a secure message. Also when a transaction is made with visa debit (credit button) it would be nice to receive an alert when the transaction is made, rather then when the funds clear. The atm finder is a really useful feature as it finds the fee free rediATMs. The service at PCU is second to none. It is absolutely amazing.
