I have to scroll over several pages to see what use to be at a glance on one page. Lots of fiddling around required to process a simple funds transfer. The old version was much more user friendly. ### 1/5 — Dissappointing upgrade *2017-02-08, version 2.0.0* To much gimmicky rubbish included in the upgrade. Lost the ability to tap on transaction to get more information. Not enough transactions appear in the new version and having to download only two at a time is rubbish. There was nothing wrong with the older version so if it isn't broken, why mess with it. It repeatedly freezes even when updated. I regularly have to re load it and start again. It can’t be used on dark mode and there’s. O setting options for colour or text size adjustments. It's great that we can log in with Touch ID - such a timesaver. The app looks great, and it's easy to check your balances, transfer money and pay bills. You can also set a savings goal and lock your card if you lose it. ### 5/5 — Functional *2016-01-17, version 1.0.9* Works well for daily banking. An improvment, for me, would be the ability to increase the font size. ### 4/5 — App is really easy to navigate and useful *2020-06-30, version 2.2.0* I have really enjoyed using the internet banking app at the credit union. The apps layout (even if it’s a bit clunky) is quite easy to navigate. Apple Pay has been a lifesaving feature. Also, double tapping on the account balances to view a balance is a very good feature. The balance, transaction, deposit/credit and eftpos alerts being sent via the secure mail service could be improved by including more information on the transaction or sending it by an app notification rather than a secure message. Also when a transaction is made with visa debit (credit button) it would be nice to receive an alert when the transaction is made, rather then when the funds clear. The atm finder is a really useful feature as it finds the fee free rediATMs. The service at PCU is second to none. It is absolutely amazing. I love the community spirit in the branch and all the staff are always so kind. ### 4/5 — Usually great *2015-12-08, version 1.0.9* Update went a bit haywire so had to reinstall. Now says too many registrations for my account number on same device... Phone call imminent. One suggestion for improvement: when making a payment please make it possible to view SMS codes without having to leave the app, as when you exit the app to view the SMS it auto logs out. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Cannot access messages *2023-03-31, version 2.2.2* Unfortunately, I am unable to access my messages. It always says there is an error and to try again later. This has been like this for about a year. ### 2/5 — Needs to modernise *2019-06-22, version 2.1.0* Functioning app but like the credit union itself the app needs to be more progressive regarding features to stay competitive. A year between app updates is not acceptable in 2019. Things like, adding your card to Apple Pay from within the app, card less cash, iOS widgets for quick balance and watch app are all needed.
