There is a button to auto fix Mobile app and then test push notification, however it does not fix the issue no matter how many times I’ve clicked on auto fix. Constantly missing overtime and detail notifications and extremely unhappy with this app. ### 2/5 — Login is terrible *2024-12-12, version 1.1.52* It wont let you stay logged in, i have to login each time and my username and password does not populate. ### 3/5 — Notifications don’t work *2024-09-24, version 1.1.52* The app is great in lots of way with one HUGE exception. The app only notifies me of details maybe 20% of the time, and when it does it can be 30+ minutes after the bid is posted. So in short, the notification is pointless because the bid has closed if it’s a pole break or something last second. The only way to fix this is to set up email notifications which are flawless. However, that means I get 30-60 emails a day, with no way to filter for the details I want to hear about. So essentially you have to choose between getting bombarded with emails and notifications every day, or missing out on most details that get posted outside normal hours. Quite annoying. ### 2/5 — App Login *2024-04-15, version 1.1.52* App login still does not work even with the correct information. Have to enter the app by going through “password reset “. Obviously this issue hasn’t been resolved from the review from 4 years ago! ### 2/5 — Why promote a mobile app? *2022-08-09, version 1.1.52* The mobile app is the exact same format at the webpage. Only difference is that it’s miniature and more of a pain to use. Could use a lot of work to make it practical & user friendly. ### 2/5 — Meh *2020-09-10, version 1.1.52* Crashes regularly. Logs you out randomly. Tons of bugs. ### 2/5 — Lacking and unrefined *2020-04-17, version 1.1.52* App is lacking in a lot of categories that should be standard also it is a glorified web site that you log in via an app. Does not have Touch ID so you must manually enter username and password every time you want to log on. For the actual in app you have to constantly switch between the browser based setup and mobile setup to get to certain features. The app brings you to the website when you select browser and formats poorly to your phone. Honestly the entire app is a glorified portal to their website and annoying trying to locate certain screens on your phone. ### 5/5 — Best logistics software! *2019-09-17, version 1.1.52* My agency was stuck in the mud. We were using telephone calls and pen / paper for overtime and details. This software changed our way of life. Officers now have a convenient way of being assigned extra duty assignments. This is a powerful product that we will be using for many of our daily tasks. ### 3/5 — Was great, but now.... *2018-12-20, version 1.1.0* The app has worked great for months and has been especially nice not having to open up hundreds of web browser pages over the course of logging in every so often to check on things. But now, all of a sudden, I’m the past 3-4 days, I’m getting a password error in the app only. The password is the same for when in the web browser, and that works through chrome and safari. It’s stored under the same address in my phones keychain, so nothing is different.
