การแจ้งเหตุ ควรมีระบบให้ผู้ใช้งานทำการประเมินผลการปฏิงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจด้วย เวลารับแจ้งเหตุและเดินทางมายังที่เกิดเหตุ รวมไปถึงการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหา ว่ามีความพึงพอใจหรือไม่
