Polismart® is a mobile app for radiation control and monitoring. Polismart is compatible with Radiation Detectors and Dosimeters designed and manufactured by Polimaster – RadFlash®, PM1703®, PoliPack™, PM1605BT, PM1904A – which continuously monitor and measure the level of ionizing radiation and warn the user (alarm) when the preset thresholds are exceeded Users do not need to be experts in health physics to operate the instruments together with Polismart; however, understanding of basic principles of ionizing radiation is desirable for proper operation. Why on earth would I need an app that connects to a rad pager to start loudly playing music, out of my control, while I’m trying to use it for something covert. Please slap the person that thought this was a good idea. ### 2/5 — Bluetooth fails to stay connected *2018-02-21* When it’s connected it work great, but it frequently (from second to second) fails to stay connected via Bluetooth to the detector. Fix this please! A lot of people use this for work. ### 5/5 — Extremely cool *2017-02-04* App works excellent with my Polismart PM1904 detector plugged into my iPhone or iPad. I'm a commercial pilot and after I discovered that aircrew and frequent flyers are exposed to more radiation then nuclear power plant workers I had to get a detector! The App records the radiation dose, time, location and altitude, then displays it all on a map. Works great in the air too, especially with the iPad. Additionally, the detector works great as a dosimeter because it's always on and recording, even when it's not plugged into the iPhone/iPad. ### 1/5 — App crashes with new IOS upgrade *2015-09-23* App crashes with IOS 9 ### 1/5 — Not Accurate! *2014-01-22* The device failed to detect radiation even sitting on top of the radioactive ore!
