The “unlock” feature does not work, even through all this time of downloading every update and trying to unlock my funds with different devices. I haven’t been able to unlock my money for years as I had to sit there and watch it dwindle down to 10% of what it was. This is ridiculous, I’ve been begging them to get back to me for way too long. More recently I have funded Karura crowdloan, engaged with the Karura chain and supported LP and liquidity staking protocols without problem. Transfers in and out, and cross chain, are fully supported. LOVE THIS APP! ### 5/5 — Would Recommend to Friends and Family *2020-10-17* I downloaded polkawallet because it was on the list of wallets on the official polka dot website. I actually downloaded a bunch of them to try them all out + staking. My favorite ended up being polkawallet and now this is the one i recommend to others. A week or two ago, it seems like wallet was down for a bit as you can read in the other reviews. I contacted support on twitter and they said a new update would be ready in a few days. The update was made and I was again reconnected to the network. Yes, I would still recommend this wallet.
