Realicé una prueba para generar un video de dos personajes originales usando mi imagen de referencia y un prompt específico para que recogieran juguetes en una sala. Sin embargo, el sistema generó un video completamente diferente de un producto negro, con un prompt de producto que yo no solicité. La generación consumió 20 créditos y aparece registrada como Seedance 2.0. El resultado no corresponde a mi imagen de referencia ni a mis instrucciones. Necesito que un agente humano revise por qué el sistema sustituyó mi solicitud por otro prompt y me indique si pueden devolver los 20 créditos consumidos. También necesito saber cuál es el flujo correcto para generar videos desde mis propias imágenes y prompts, sin utilizar plantillas automáticas ni ejemplos preconfigurados. Estoy evaluando la plataforma para un canal infantil y otros proyectos comerciales. Antes de contratar, necesito comprobar que respeta las referencias, ejecuta las acciones solicitadas y ofrece condiciones claras de uso comercial, marcas de agua, privacidad y consumo de créditos. I emailed them but they told me to find a code for a refund. Save your money find another service. They also bait and switch as you make the video you type up exactly what you want they create your video, charge you and it is not what you asked for, then you tell it and it makes your video but for more credits.
