There is no way to scan your account via the application and the employee working did not know how to include my parchase to my account when making in person purchases. The only way is to purchase online and pick it up or scan a receipt. But you can only scan two receipts within 12 hour time frame. So after eating with my family where everyone pays for their own food but don’t want to download the app ( because they are 50 plus years old) I can’t use their receipts or scan my app for points because that is not a feature. No chicken. Literally the thing they’re supposed to be known for. Drove back, flautas getting soggy by now due to the inordinate amount of crema on top. Got the chicken. Sauces were abysmal onion water with something to make them green and red. Zero flavor or heat. Chicken was tremendously under seasoned. But the redeemable option does not work. I got an email & it read “order a whole chicken & get 1/2 chicken free app only.” I download the app and I added a whole chicken (which is what I always order) and I redeem the 1/2 chicken and it says “your selected reward is not valid”.
