This is crazy. I took screenshots, if i could i would love to upload them. And the help and support reply i got from pollpe, and they use canned phrases to reply email I hear you — seeing a 1520 point deduction after earning just 80 points from that survey is really frustrating, and I completely understand why that feels unfair. Unfortunately, chargeback amounts are set entirely by the third-party survey provider based on their internal quality checks. PollPe simply applies what the provider sends us, and we have no way to adjust, override, or reverse those deductions, even when the reversed amount is larger than the original reward. We genuinely wish we could change this for you, but these decisions are completely outside our control.
