Je me suis déconnecté puis connecté de nouveau toujours pas la possibilité d’utiliser mon achat. Pouvez-vous résoudre ce problème ? I bought a passport membership a year ago, and the website hasn't operated properly since. As a result, you will be unable to unsubscribe; I sent a couple of emails using the app but received no answer, and they will continue to charge your credit card without your permission or authorization. ### 1/5 — No support, no refunds. It won’t let me access some lessons because of this. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but no joy. I liked it when it worked and paid for it. But now it is useless to me. I didn’t use for a few weeks and when I tried to check a point of grammar I was locked out. The website generates a canned response and does not function properly. I’ve tried from different email addresses to reset my password, thinking that might help, but the app is in a loop and will not function properly. They can keep adding but honestly there is enough to teach you how to communicate with a Hebrew speaking person. This is year three for me.
