I downloaded this kind of on a whim and didn’t expect much, but it ended up being really helpful. I was dealing with some relationship stuff and Polly helped me slow down and look at things more clearly instead of just reacting. Super easy to use and not preachy. If you’re trying to make sense of a relationship, it’s worth checking out.
