You don’t get them back and you don’t win but some little cheap thing in your first bid I got a lipstick on my first bid and a backpack that never came so they gave me a fraction of the of what I spent and I am losing that I don’t plan to bid anymore so they got my money and I have a lipstick!!you don’t win and when you book your points that just gives Polly a chance to take all the points you book and you never win. It’s just a money grab so please save your money. I only gave them 5 stars so my review could save someone else from losing a lot of money. They deserve zero stars. What isn’t mentioned is that the card will be charged $30 for bids. No warning. Having read mor reviews, II feel lucky it wasn’t worse. The reason that this is 2 stars instead of 1 (lowest available choice) is that when I complained, they immediately refunded the full $30. Still think this is a rip off.
