It malfunctions time and time again. Love the clothes and the brand is my all time favorite. Any time I ever try to log in I get “server error” and then I’ll try again and I’m already logged in. No rhyme or reason. ( Even on iPhone 12 pro max ) Has to be optimized a lot better. Yea it has a “search” in it but it’s not specific. For example: I wanna search Mens hoodies, I should be able to go to men’s- clothing- sweaters/outerwear and pops up all the sweaters you have for men. The app don’t have that, it would make it a lot easier for me to shop in the app. Until then the app gets two star until it’s updated. ### 2/5 — Stupid app 😤 *2020-04-01, version 5.3.0* Wouldn’t let me create an account because it said password needed a “special character” then when I went to go type one, it wouldn’t let me type a “special character.” Also, it needed 2 phone numbers and 2 addresses. Do they think Polo shoppers are rich enough to have 2 houses?! I don’t like this app at all, and if you don’t fix it, I’m going to stop buying Ralph Lauren and buy Gucci instead. ### 4/5 — Nice App But Where Is The Big & Tall? *2020-02-21, version 5.0.1* As far as functionality of the app and the exclusive content presented, the app appears to be a five star. However, there are no Big & Tall sizes shown in the app; therefore, I will have to deduct one star. If the app decides to include a Big & Tall option, I would be more willing to change over to shopping through the app, but right now I will have to continue to use the website. Also, there is no filter to show the items that are on sale. With these two changes, the app could be taken to the next level. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Worthless app *2019-09-30, version 4.1.6* This app constantly crashes or just plain doesn’t load. And I have the latest iPhone and keep my iOS updated. The worst was this past Indigo Stadium release. The app notified me 17 minutes after the drop. I was already on the app from 8am. By time 10AM rolled around the app crashed!! I no longer live in nyc so I can’t get the limited released items... I thought getting the app would be helpful, it’s worthless!! I love the access , and I’m also enjoying the involvement of customers, fans. I really wanted to take advantage of the recent contest, it just happened at a bad time for me ...too busy at work. Without a doubt I have a closet that can compare to any die hard Polo fan. Polo, Black and Purple Labels, RRL, Rugby, RLX and others. From the newest items to some great vintage pieces with about 500 or more items in between ( no exaggeration). This app is horrible and just causes more stress than anything else. You wait and wait for a item to be released and when you’re lucky enough to beat the resellers to it, you get all excited only to be sent a message saying your order has been cancelled. ### 1/5 — Stop Scalpers *2022-10-20, version 7.0.1* On going issue I thought for sure they’d stop. BOTS and buyers that clean out inventory on popular size XXL’s on Limited Editions and APP exclusives. One Per Customer ! I’m tired of seeing all the XXL’s (in let’s say the yellow 5 horseman rugby just released) for $198 SOLD as soon as offered. Then seeing it on eBay by the same dealers over and over with 6 size XXL’s for $399 each. STOP the greed and selfish behavior. Offer 1 to buyers like myself who’ve been loyal since 1980 ! Allow pre-orders, 1 per customer ! By the time you want to order you have to go threw loops just lost money because apple don’t give you unlimited storage to keep downloading stuff. The app is very slow and always shuts down, and I am upset because that status of the company shouldn’t have an app that is trash. I’ve been supporting the company for years and this is making me very annoyed, and I’m not the only one who says that. I have peers that been supporting Ralph Lauren for more than 20 years and are frustrated from this. Love the app too... when it works. After showing a blurry logo, it doesn’t even load in my Xs Max. I figured it just wasn’t optimized but it’s slow, laggy and sometimes won’t load in my 6s either. It’s still kind of new, just needs work.
