Tonight my husband went to one of Vero Beach’s iconic restaurants, The Polo Grill.   I say Iconic only for its long term presence, but there is a new vibe that gives it a unique twist.  We sat with Bill the new owner and his manager Jason, who runs the bar,  and it is by far one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in years!  The food is exquisitely prepared.  Dishes are delicately flavorful yet have a complicated simplicity!  They have selection of bourbons, tequilas, wines and small batch  Armagnacs that provide the finishing touches!  It’s a must go to for Vero Beach.

App is nice and easy to use. 
The verdict is out until food arrives….
its always really good at the restaurant, but take out and especially delivery is another story most times, but I will wait optimistically….
