## What is POLSE Watch?

Track your Pilates workouts with POLSE on Apple Watch.

POLSE Watch is the companion app for POLSE, the friendly Pilates app led by global instructor Gabz (@pilateswithgabz). It turns every class into a fully tracked workout automatically.

HOW IT WORKS:
• Start a video class on your iPhone — your Watch automatically begins tracking
• See your live heart rate, active calories, and elapsed time on your wrist
• Pause, resume, or end your workout directly from your Watch
• When you're done, your workout is saved to Apple Health

MANUAL TRACKING:
• Start a standalone workout without your iPhone
• Choose from Pilates, Yoga, Core Training, or Flexibility
• Full heart rate and calorie tracking with HealthKit

WORKOUT SUMMARY:
• Duration, calories burned, average and max heart rate
• Saved to Apple Health for a complete fitness picture

POLSE Watch works best paired with the POLSE iPhone app, but also supports standalone workout tracking for when you just want to move.
