## What is Polsen Health (NOWATCH)?

Polsen turns second-by-second body data into a clear picture of how your body is responding to the day you’re having. Pair it with any screenless Polsen device to see everything from how many steps you did to how you slept.

The Reactivity Monitor™
A lot of trackers measure stress, we just do it better. Most wearables sample every few minutes and hand you one score or number at the end of the day. Polsen builds a continuous, minute-by-minute timeline instead, giving you crystal clear picture of your stress, how fast you recover, and what's quietly building up over weeks.

What you'll see in the app:
• Sleep duration, efficiency, latency and night restoration
• Night HRV & resting heart rate
• Activity, motion, steps, and heart rate zones during workouts
• Real-time stress, mapped against your actual day
• Recovery time: how quickly you return to baseline
• Cumulative stress: how stress is so building up in your body

More than just data
We give you the tools to help your health. Our app hosts a toolbox of evidence backed guided sessions like breathwork and CBT to help bring your system back down or boost your energy when needed. The app also provides personalised insights that help you connect the dots: which meetings, workouts, and evening habits move the needle, and which don't.

What Polsen won't do
No streaks. No scores to chase. No dopamine loops. We don’t believe in simplifying your data to averages or notifying you for the sake of it. The app stays quiet when the data looks good and speaks up when something's genuinely off.

Everything is free: no subscription & no paywalled metrics.

Your data, your rules
Privacy-first and opted out by default. Nothing is shared unless you choose to. Anything you do share is encrypted on EU servers and never sold.

Designed in Amsterdam. Built in Europe.

Requires a Polsen watch (NOWATCH B or NOWATCH X). Polsen is a wellness product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

### 5/5 — Incredible watch

*2026-08-25*

I didn't know what to expect when I got my NOWATCH but this has been so amazing. The app took a bit of time to figure out fully but once it was going, it's been SO incredibly helpful.

### 5/5 — Great wearable!!

*2026-08-20*

This is a great product and amazing app. The watch is so cute and this helps me keep track of everything I need

### 5/5 — Stylish, efficient!!

*2026-08-19*

I LOVE the look as it doesn’t look like a smartwatch. Classy and gets my deep sleep in, steps, heart beat, and alerts me whenever I’m inching towards stress+ so much more data abt my health I had no clue about. The app has gotten so many new improvements as I continue wearing it everyday for the past three months! It’s been a great journey so far with my NoWatch!

### 1/5 — Current update is very buggy

*2026-07-27*

Please fix! Would have given this five stars five days ago. Now none of my data is correct and my watch thinks I’m cycling and going on walks at 2 am when I am in bed.

### 3/5 — The app needs work

*2026-07-02*

I really want to love this device. The watch is amazing. I get compliments on it all the time. The data in the app is not up to the standard of the other wearables on the market. I hope they continue to improve the app.

### 5/5 — Calm and collective

*2026-06-24*

Loving this healthtracker, sleek design and great insights. The reactivity monitor helped me so much better understand how I handle my days and the cycletracker overlays the reactivity monitor for even more insights

### 3/5 — I love the watch. Struggling with app

*2026-05-31*

I want to start by saying I love the look of the watch. It also goes a long time without a charge which I love.

The app I am struggling with. Doesn’t connect to Apple health. Often missing data. Needs to be fine tuned.

### 5/5 — I'VE WORN ALL THE HEALTH TRACKERS. HERE'S WHY I STAYED WITH NOWATCH.

*2026-04-10*

Let's be honest — most wearables are ugly data machines. After years of strapping glorified anxiety generators to my wrist, I have found the one that actually works.

Apple Watch is just your phone on your wrist — nagging, rude, the tyranny of the little red dot.

WHOOP and Oura both charge a subscription or the device is dead — like renting insight into your own biology. Then Oura sold all of it to Palantir. My health data is the most private data I have. Hard pass on all of them.

Enter NOWATCH. No screen. No notifications. No guilt. A precision tracker hidden inside a beautifully designed piece of jewelry you'll actually want to wear everywhere. I get compliments in meetings. Nobody knows it's a health tracker. That's the whole point.

But what sets my NOWATCH apart isn't the data — it's what the data is for. Most wearables track body performance and stop there.

NOWATCH adds the missing layer: real-time awareness of your load (defined as: how much daily demands affect you) — the pressure your system is actually under._, in-the-moment skills to respond, long-term patterns that build lasting resilience. A gentle haptic, a quiet moment: how are you feeling right now? It’s soft.

Nearly a year in, I rely on it less. That's apparently the whole point.

No subscription. No rings to close. No gamification. GDPR-protected, opt-in data. Charging every 4–5 days — whaat.

One purchase. One intention: that you eventually won't need it.

That's either the most confident or most honest thing a wellness brand has ever said. Possibly both.

### 3/5 — Love the watch - not so much the app.

*2026-03-23*

I’m pretty exacting about UX/UI and this app just keeps falling flat. I love the look and feel of the watch. The battery life is great. But the app is just trying to do too much. On the timeline screen alone I counted 13 things I could tap for more info not one is labeled.

Please please hire a strong app design team and simplify!I don’t believe the stress analyses because it’s too much of a pain to corroborate on other screens.
