So, i have own wifi for personal internet uses at my home and want to use polycab pv mobile app for the solar generation of daily units. For that, i have connected my polycab inverter using bluetooth with my wifi and it fine. But while i am registering my new user, it gives me errro that user already registered. How is it possible as i am trying to register first time in the app. Have tried using my mobile and email id both, but none of them works for me. Also, tried 2 more mobile numbers and other email ids but still issues persist. It does not process new passwords. If the company cannot maintain the application, then why launch it? The application must be kept up-to-date to maintain the public's trust in the company. If it can't be kept up to date, it should be shut down. So that the public's time is not wasted. So that the company's honesty comes to the fore. This discrepancy is causing issues for users abroad, as we are not receiving the current time data. E-Today Value Display: The E-Today value must show units with decimal values. This feature is useful for us and needs to be implemented.
