Is there going to be a fix for this .. IPAD IOS 14.4 ### 1/5 — How did this get on my ipad? *2021-02-11* I never heard of it until I saw in Privacy settings that it was requesting and had “green dot” for all sorts of stuff that I obviously never granted because I never heard of it before & had to Google it to find out what it was. I certainly never downlaoded it myself. I will delete it as soon as I submit this review. ### 1/5 — Heart breaking *2021-02-07* Seven weeks of trying to get this app to work on a video visit with a loved one... no help from the DOC or poly com. Apple, please delete this app because there is no support for “guest” accounts. I mean the dep of corrections has the license key and they would have to surrender this to the users to in turn give it to customer support in order to help you. And you know that is never going to happen. Doc. Is of no useful help. I can use everything just as before, but when I select the directory/phonebook icon to place a call the app crashes every time. Happens on my iPhone and iPad. Software is provisioned by a CMA. ### 1/5 — No Portrait Mode! *2019-07-11* On an iPad in landscape mode, the camera is on the side of the screen. This results in the user looking sideways into the camera, which is very awkward and distracting for the person viewing the video stream. The camera ends up focused at the side of the user’s face. I have had to use an adndroid device to get back to work.
