Frequent server errors roll your account back to earlier states. You lose items, gold, and mission progress after finishing content or buying items in the shop. Time spent playing is regularly wiped out through no fault of the player. This is not a rare issue. It happens often enough that the game feels unreliable and unsafe to play. You never know if your progress will actually stick. I spent $20 and was planning to spend more, but stopped immediately. Until the server stability issues are fixed, I would not recommend this game to anyone. Progress loss in a loot-based game is unacceptable. Developers need to prioritize server stability and data persistence.
