### 4/5 — Love, Love, LOVE THIS APP

*2025-10-22*

UPDATE: Dev rolled back changes that caused critical issues. Hopefully they can get a better search functioning soon without this issues.

That said, I DO HATE all the small bugs that never seem to get fixed. I use this app probably 10x the amount I do any other app on my phone since 2016, and I’m well aquatinted with both the bugs and the work arounds. Took 1 star off just because of the ever persistent, non-gating bugs. That said, non of these bugs have stopped me from using Polymail every single day and loving it.

### 2/5 — Reduced Functionality

*2025-10-15, version 1.111*

Why can’t I archive mail from the push notification without opening the app now? Makes the iOS experience worse and makes it impossible to do on Apple Watch now

### 5/5 — My Inbox’s Best Friend

*2025-06-06*

I’ve been using Polymail for a few yeah now, and honestly, it’s hard to imagine going back to a regular email client.

I especially love the read tracking and send later features. They are game-changers for staying on top of important messages without having to stress.

### 5/5 — A Powerful Tool for Business Efficiency

*2024-05-14, version 1.101*

Polymail has been a game-changer for my business. It's an underrated gem that excels in email tracking, allowing me to see when my messages are read. The email templates save me so much time, and scheduling meetings is effortless. Sharing email threads with colleagues is seamless, and the automation features are incredibly efficient. I love the collaboration tools like comments and @mentions, and the integrations with Slack and Asana are invaluable. Overall, Polymail has significantly boosted my communication efficiency. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Sequences, Variables and Dashboard

*2024-05-14*

I’m am big fan of Sequences, which not only allows me to schedule and launch personalized messages but also include personalized info drawn from spreadsheets into hundreds of messages, then track what folks do with the message and finally send another message upon a reply. Really easy to use - set and forget while monitoring how many messages were opened etc. I think it should perhaps be made prominent (it’s tucked into bottom). Has saved me serious time and allowed me to transmit info in a staggered way automatically

### 2/5 — Great app but has never resolved bugs

*2024-05-09*

Update: after reporting few times, the memory leak still exists on osx, no back communication from the support team. I love the app and using it for years and I’m paid user. I’ve reported about the memory leak issue on osx months ago and how to reproduce it, but the support just stopped to respond. This is disappointment. I can't use the app that leaks and slows down, and specially pay $120/yearly
Issue2: if email was removed on desktop, it stays on iOS and can't be deleted there(UI stucks on affect of email removal)
Update 2: sync in iOS app doesn't work at all, no new emails, osx version works fine

### 5/5 — Exceptional App with Stellar Customer Service! 🌟

*2024-04-15, version 1.98*

I've been through my fair share of email applications, but Polymail stands out as one of the best I've ever used. It's not just the sleek design or the intuitive features that have me hooked; it's the phenomenal team behind it that really sets this app apart from the rest.

Customer service can often be a hit or miss, but with Polymail, it's a home run every single time. I've dealt with numerous companies in the past, but the level of attention and care Polymail's support team provides is unparalleled. They respond promptly, are incredibly helpful and genuinely want to solve any issue that arises.

A special shoutout to CEO Ryan, who exemplifies leadership and customer dedication. It's not every day that you find a CEO who will personally step in to ensure that a user's problem is addressed. Ryan did just that for me and it was not just the resolution of my issue that impressed me, but the friendly and personable approach he took. It was clear that my satisfaction was a priority and that kind of service is rare and invaluable.

To anyone considering a new email app, I can confidently say you won't find a better service than Polymail. They've earned my trust and loyalty and I'm sure they will earn yours too. Kudos to the entire Polymail team for your unwavering commitment to excellence. Keep up the fantastic work! 👏🏼

### 1/5 — App Store doesn’t indicate subscription required

*2023-09-23, version 1.97*

Epitome of false advertising

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Insanely slow

*2026-01-29, version 1.118*

to load emails, send emails regularly times out

### 1/5 — UPDATE: Love, Love, LOVE THIS APP

*2025-10-14*

UPDATE: Latest release bricked the app. No longer working since it freezes after seconds of use. I hope the Dev has a fix coming soon.

### 1/5 — Updates are killing me

*2025-09-21, version 1.108*

Every time there is a new update, the app stops working. It’s my email we’re playing with here. Critical stuff that I can’t afford to experiment with when it comes to iOS updates. I’m currently locked out of my account and don’t know when I’ll be able to get back in.

### 1/5 — Restriktiv

*2024-11-26*

Bei der Anmeldung ist das Sonderzeichen „+“ nicht erlaubt, völlig unnötige Einschränkung.

### 1/5 — Paid for?

*2024-10-19*

Well I gave it a try but .. trail period I stop and this because I never would pay for ad any other email standard is same track email not secure and even if the other is using a protected anti track email it is not working and shows even direct that you uses Polymail… sent emails freezes and this is paid ???

### 1/5 — I was a fan but. had to leave

*2024-10-09, version 1.102*

They were good for a long time but got slow on updates, still nothing big on the AI side I see or have heard about. Pricing is way off for ttoday pricing but that's been a problem for a long time. Tracking part works well but missing features there. CanaryMail and the new Emclient have ppassed them in so many way. I hope they can caatchup as it was once a great option.

### 1/5 — Ex-Champion En perdition…

*2024-07-16*

Vraiment dommage !!

### 1/5 — Buggy Buggy Buggy

*2024-06-09, version 1.102*

The recent crash has proven to be diastrous for Polymail ios. It has been weeks and the app is just a mess. Lots of loading lag time, tracking is inconsistent at best. Inbox loads years old emails as new. Search functions require multiple reload.

The Polymail team will tell you they have resolved all the issues and it is just you.
Nah. This feels like a company on their way out of business.

### 1/5 — This app has given up

*2024-05-09*

I have been a longtime user of Polymail. But ever since they decided to charge, the service just doesn’t charge up to the expectations.

The last three days I have been unable to use the app: email accounts won’t sync, missing emails, or the app just completely tells you there is a server error. I am now looking to switch to another app. These issues have been constant, when it works, it’s great, when it doesn’t, you think about why they charge you in the first place. Polymail was once a great contender in the market. It’s sad to see it giving up on its service and customers.

### 1/5 — You have to pay for it

*2024-04-16, version 1.98*

They do not tell you that in description.
Not good business practice.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — My favorite email client !

*2026-08-12, version 1.126*

I have multiple email clients and this is world class and the absolute gold standard for emailing. Support is always responsive and we all love them!

### 5/5 — Best Email Client. Period.

*2026-06-07*

No other email client offers the suite of features and services, and level of customer support, that PolyMail’s product & service does, with the same level of user-oriented interface design and workflow frameworks. I’ll take this review down if that ever changes, but it hasn’t and I’ve been a customer since before the current decade…

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-03-11*

I have been using this program since their beginning! Their customer service is outstanding and the ease of using Polymail makes taking care of daily emails simple. They help me manage 4 emails with ease.

### 5/5 — A habitual part of my day

*2026-02-03*

I’ve been using Polymail daily for the past six months. If you live in your inbox - especially across multiple accounts - it will easily make you 5-10x more efficient.

The unified inbox is clean, fast, and intuitive. The UI is the best of any email client I’ve used, and over time you actually end up relying on most of the features instead of ignoring them. Templates are a big one for me - they let you run high-volume outreach while still sounding personal and intentional. Huge time saver.

On the team side, shared conversations and private notes are incredibly useful. You can add context, loop teammates in, and stay aligned without forwarding threads or jumping into Slack.

Like any long-standing product, Polymail has evolved over the years, but the core experience has stayed strong. As much as you can be to any software tool, I am addicted and now rely on Polymail. It’s clear the team cares about getting the details right and continuing to improve it.

If email is central to how you run your business day to day, Polymail is absolutely worth using.

### 5/5 — Essential for Power Email Users

*2026-02-02*

I have been using Polymail for years now. Back before I discovered them, I tried out about a half dozen different approaches to managing my email, including just sticking with Gmail's functionality. Ultimately I found Polymail to be the best mix of power features, usability, and versatility.

I use it daily both on the mobile app and on my desktop and find it invaluable: from email follow-ups, to send later functionality, to insights into how and when my content is received - I consider it an absolute business essential.

Additionally, they have really stepped up their efforts to further improve the app recently and I continue to see it getting better and better. Highly recommended!

### 5/5 — Highly Efficient Email Tool

*2026-01-05*

If you are looking for an email tool to use as a leader, business supervisor, company owner, project manager, and/or pastor, and you receive lots of emails and need organization. This is the tool for you! I have used it for years. It’s practical and helpful.

### 5/5 — Best answer for combined inboxes

*2025-07-26, version 1.106*

Great reliable answer to having all my emails in one big inbox as I like

### 5/5 — Solid app and desktop exp

*2025-07-07, version 1.104*

Been a fan of it for years. Easily pull all emails into one spot and simple shortcuts

### 5/5 — Has helped me close deals

*2025-07-03, version 1.102*

Been on Polymail now for a month. It’s helped me close more deals just by making tracking and follow-up easier

### 5/5 — Makes Gmail feel like a typewriter

*2025-06-11*

Been using Polymail for about 3 weeks now and honestly I’m kinda blown away.

I can see who’s opening my emails, set follow-up reminders, snooze stuff for later, and even schedule sends when I’m working late.

It’s like all the stuff I wish Gmail could do—without needing 12 different Chrome extensions.

The app is smooth, feels clean, and actually useful on mobile (which is rare for email apps).

Already sent a couple tracked emails that got responses purely because I followed up at the right time. Worth it for that alone.

Just feels like someone finally built email for people who get stuff done.
