If you sort the reviews by “most critical” you’ll see how many recent reviews are saying the same thing. App is clean, straightforward, easy to use. But it seems like every week there’s an outage, the market crashes, or you can’t cash out. I don’t make big bets. I do it just for fun, but when you’re losing 10-15 bucks a week because the app doesn’t work properly then it just isn’t fun anymore. Customer support always is saying “we’re reviewing transactions” when the app is crashing and then they can’t help me after the outage.
