Designed for thumb-only logging. • Active protocol view: pick a preset protocol or define your own, with reconstitution math (BAC water + concentration → units on a syringe) and a phase-based dose calendar. • Stock & inventory: track which vials you have on hand and project how long they last at your current cadence. • Biomarker dashboard: optionally pull sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight, body fat, and glucose from Apple Health to chart trends alongside your protocol. • Streak & adherence metrics: see week-by-week consistency without nagging. PRIVACY • Everything stays on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no remote sync. • Apple Health data is read read-only to display charts. Optional write-back is limited to body weight and body fat, only when you explicitly tap to log. • No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs.
