I recommend you play with it first to see how the system works. For example, create a bunch of tasks under “Someday” and add them to your workday and weekday templates to see how the patterns are put together. That way you’ll get less confused when using it for realistic means in your life where you got important things to complete. Overall, give it a go; if you don’t like it, that is understandable. There are plenty of other task management apps out here. Go for what is more easy and comfortable for you. I'm seriously loving your plan unfortunately Im in the verge of postponing my premium plan and unstinstalling the app because it wont automatically sync I still have to add the events of each calendar such as Apple and Google Calendar on the task I want it to be; the moment I open the Polyplan all integrated app are sync already no need to click each event and make some placement for each. The app displays calendar entries, reminders and even habits from Habitify. However, I would mainly plan my day and look at my schedule on my laptop and the macOS is not on par with the mobile app at all. The integrations (calendar, reminder, habitify) do not work there and also don't sync from the mobile app. The app on iPad works and syncs great with the iPhone one though. I really wonder why the developers didn't port the great iOS and iPad app to macOS but instead used some weird web version. I was also looking forward to syncing tasks from other applications. So far, I can see no way to sync with Habitify. My other tasks and calendars also do not seem to have synced. The system is lacking guidance on how to use it within the app. I will give it a go and how it goes. I do however like the way the day is laid out in the schedule and how it automatically lays out the schedule. ### 3/5 — Constant Sync *2025-03-15* I integrated my Outlook with Poly Plan. Once the integration was started, it constantly synced. It never stopped syncing. It would not allow me to remove the syncing to Outlook, and I was forced to delete the program because it would not fully connect and wouldn’t stop syncing, so I could try the integration again. À mode Mois elle est disponible sur PC mais pas sur l’application, je ne sais pas pourquoi, puis la seconde qui me dérange énormément c’est avoir un abonnement, je déteste les abonnements, je prix préféré avoir un achat même si cela coûte 60 € ce n’est pas grave, je mais je préfère avoir un achat définitif. On Google I had some tasks that were recurring every day. I ended those tasks so they would no longer show up on PolyPlan but they still pop up every day, even though they shouldn’t. I deleted the event as a whole and it’s still not reflected on the PolyPlan app. There are bugs on the web version. When you press a day of the week, it populates the day before that day. I pressed Mon Feb 17 and it reflected Sun Feb 16. This was very annoying. It tells you to type when the task is recurring in plain language. I set a task for Monday and said repeat weekly, and “repeat weekly on Saturday” populated. This happened multiple times. But why would you if you have Apple Reminders installed? This is a worse version of that. However, if you want to use this app for what it's marketed to be, the free version won't do that for you. Je suis en premium là-bas et je reçois de la pub pour cette application. La démarche n’est pas bonne. Si j’avais une pub et une réduction ou je ne serai quoi de geste commercial, ça aurait été intéressant, mais là vous gâchez uniquement mon expérience utilisateur. Contrairement à l’autre application, pas de lifetime et aucune utilité à l’utiliser gratuitement vu que vous n’avez même pas la possibilité d’intégrer le calendrier et autre sans le premium. L’intégration du calendrier est nul. Aujourd’hui, on propose Noël, la Saint-Sylvestre et toutes les fêtes possibles. Vraiment inutile pour le coup. En plus de cela, aucune explication de l’application. Elle me semble très prometteuse, mais le problème étant que si vous êtes novice, il n’y a rien pour vous orienter. En plus de cela, si vous êtes novice et que vous n’avez pas le premium, vous n’allez pas acheter le premium pour tester ce que vous pouvez faire. It is easy to sync up with other apps and the template’s are “polite” they just take a bit to figure out. The app not only provides support with your daily routine, it does so by week, by month and by year. I already outgrew Habitify and it’s not effective and I’m happy that PolyPlan is now here. I also love the integration between different emails as a person with ADHD this helps a lot especially I get disorganized from time to time. The widgets and dynamic island feature is also very helpful.
