If you need help, submit your help request. Anonymously, no account needed. You can also ask for help for other people, family, your loved ones, friends, especially when they are far away from you and you can't help them yourself. 
If you want to Help someone, browse the list of help requests near you. Choose those where you can help and wait for contact.
