## What is Pomodoro Focus?

ReFocus answers one question: how should I work best today?

It picks the right rhythm for you, from Pomodoro (25/5) to 40/10, 52/17 or 90-minute Deep Work, and when your attention drifts, it simply helps you come back. No blocking, no badges, no guilt.

HOW IT WORKS
• Answer four short questions once, in about 30 seconds
• Get a daily recommendation that fits how you focus
• Start with one tap; ReFocus gently notices when you step away
• Two quick taps after each session make tomorrow's pick better

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-10-03

Meet Momo. A little fox now keeps you company while you focus: reading at the desk, writing in a snowy cabin, sitting by the campfire. When your break starts, Momo takes one too. Momo's scenes are a one-time purchase and are also part of "All scenes".

Focus music. Calm lofi music for your sessions, switched on or off with the note button on the focus screen. It stays off while you play your own music. Part of ReFocus Plus, and you can try it for 3 sessions.

Also: layout fixes on iPad and Mac.

If ReFocus helps you, a rating helps a lot.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-25

Choose how your timer looks. Press and hold the timer, or tap the look chip on Home, to pick from 110 looks: the ring, a flip clock, an hourglass, a pebble tower, or a full-screen scene that changes slowly with your session, like a farmhouse at dawn or a sailboat coming into harbor. One scene is free every month.

Make the focus screen yours: stickers, a one-line note for the session, and your own color and size for the ring and flip clock. Your Home screen, widgets and Apple Watch follow the look you chose.

Sessions, methods and the calm way ReFocus brings you back are unchanged.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-20

This update refreshes how ReFocus is described on the App Store. The app itself is unchanged: same methods, same sessions, same quiet way of bringing you back when your attention drifts.

### 1.2 — 2026-09-20

No release notes.
