Finally found the right app! ? I've downloaded quite a few similar apps, but for some reason the notifications didn't come when the screen is in lock mode, even though they had permission in the settings to work in the background. This app works wonderfully! Nice and clear design and many more extra features to be more productive, like the ability to create a project. Very happy with this app! Thanks a lot to the developer❤️

First screen, after opening this app, requires a mandatory linking of this app with either your Apple ID or Google ID account. 

I am not going to link accounts or pay for an app that I can’t even review first. Secondly, mandatory linking of personal account details are not disclosed in the privacy policy.

Signing in with Apple ID or Google ID account is made to simplify the registration process for the user and because we have synced the mobile and web versions of the app. Everything is done for user convenience. However, we have a new update and in the near future we may make the version without the mandatory registration. Regarding the purchase of the app - we have a basic free version which contains a lot of tools to manage tasks and time.
We will consider your feedback in future updates of the app.
