- End-of-phase alarms are now rock-solid on iOS 26 — they keep ringing
    until you act, and tapping "Open app" stops the alarm instantly.
 - Turning off "Sounds" now truly silences the phase-end alert — no
    surprise ringing in a meeting or at night.
 - If notifications or alarms are switched off, we now point it out in the
    app with a one-tap shortcut to turn them back on.
 - A streamlined welcome screen gets you into your first focus session faster.
