## What is PomoFlow?

The PomoFlow lets you get things done by
breaking up individual tasks among discrete intervals, separated by short breaks. 
Working for 25 minutes, then take a short break to relax your mind and get moving.
After four sessions, take a 15 minutes break. By working one task at a time, 
you won't be distracted and can focus all your attention on completing that goal.
Any distraction from work can and should wait until the break between sessions.
This method helps you to keep a high energy level, stimulates creativity, and elevates a sense of accomplishment.

Using the PomoFlow app can help you be more organized and finish everything on time.
