PomoTask helps you find how long you can truly focus — then gently stretch that edge.

Start around 5 minutes. When you’re in the flow, the next block grows a little — up to 25 minutes. After each focus block, a quick check-in tunes what comes next: go longer, shorten, or take a break.

Stuck mid-session? Pause, cut about a third of the remaining time, or start a short break — no guilt, just options.
