despite having a working wallet with balance it shows nothing but grey slots

Sent assets hours ago, confirmed on the block explorer, unable to see or access them in the wallet. Even though they are there there is no way to move assets from the wallet or view them. There are no support channels and no one to assist with this issue that is clearly on the wallets end of it isn’t just a scam.

Dont send any crypto in this wallet on iOS because I installed Pontem iOS wallet from App Store.
The wallet was created but I was never shown the seed phrase.
No passcode was set by me, Face ID also doesn't work.
Now the app asks for a password I never created.
I still have access to the app but can't send funds or view seed phrase.

Please notice me , this seems like an iOS wallet bug.

Pontem is extremely smooth for a crypto wallet. Been using it for months and never had an issue. I can’t think of any downside to the wallet. Not only does pontem have a wallet, but also a bridge, dex and layer 2 blockchain (lumio). Love how the team engages with the community to create a product that the public want.
