## What is Pony Up?

Splitting money with friends shouldn't be a chore — or come with daily limits, forced waits, and ads. Pony Up keeps the group even and the math invisible, so you can get back to the trip, the dinner, or the apartment.

"Yeah, you owe me $14. Pony up, dude."

UNLIMITED. FREE. NO ADS. EVER.
The whole point. No caps on expenses, no daily limits, no ads sneaking between your receipts. Add as much as you want, as often as you want.

WHAT YOU GET, FREE FOREVER
• Unlimited groups, expenses, and people — trips, roommates, couples, whatever
• Every split type: equal, exact amounts, percentages, or shares
• Multi-currency with automatic conversion
• Smart "who pays whom" suggestions that settle the group in the fewest payments
• One-tap settle-up — record cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle and more
• CSV export (yes, free — others charge for this)
• Works offline; syncs when you're back
• A clean activity feed so nobody's confused about who added what
• Light and dark mode

PONY UP PRO (optional)
For people who want the power-ups:
• AI receipt scanning — snap a photo, get the expense filled in
• Split a receipt by item — tap who had the nachos
• Recurring expenses — rent, subscriptions, the gym, set once
• Spending breakdown + monthly budgets
• Custom categories
• Receipt photo storage — keep every receipt for tax time
• Polished PDF reports

BUILT FOR REAL GROUPS
Going on a trip? Trip mode tracks your destination, dates, and total spend. Living with roommates? Recurring rent and a weekly settle-up nudge keep everyone honest. Splitting with a partner? Couples mode keeps it simple.

FAIR BY DESIGN
• No ads. Ever. (It's a promise, not a phase.)
• One subscription for the organizer — never per person.
• No dark patterns, no "limited time" pressure, no nagging.

Add your first expense in seconds. Your friends will pony up.
