## What is PonySoft Transporter?

PonySoft Transporter is the official app for couriers on the PonySoft network: everything you need to manage pickups and deliveries, right from your iPhone.

Receive assigned tickets in real time, view sender and destination details, start turn-by-turn navigation with one tap, and complete deliveries with recipient signature and proof of delivery. Simple, fast, built for people who work on the road.

KEY FEATURES

   • Always up-to-date tickets - get pickup and delivery jobs via push notifications, organized by status: to deliver, delivered, returned
   • Complete details - addresses, availability windows, contacts, and operational notes for every ticket
   • One-tap navigation - open routes to sender or destination in your favorite maps app (Apple Maps, Google Maps, and more)
   • Proof of delivery - recipient signature and photos captured in the app
   • Route tracking - your position is shared with dispatch to provide accurate delivery status updates
   • Activity history - full log of every ticket
   • Instant feedback - sound and vibration confirmations on completed actions
   • Light and dark theme - follows your device settings automatically

NOTE: PonySoft Transporter is reserved for authorized couriers on the PonySoft network. Device registration with credentials provided by your company is required.
The app uses background location to track routes during deliveries and provide accurate updates to dispatch. Tracking is only active while on duty.
