Have had this feeder for a few months now, it’s been working really well and smooth. Stayed logged into the app the whole time but recently haven’t used the app so I go to log back in but I can’t remember my password so I try to change it but I physically can’t as the“confirm” button can’t be clicked. I’ve entered the longest password and have done all the requirements but I am still unable to change and so I try to create a new account but it’s still the same problem. Please help.

This worked pretty well for about a year for our 2 cats, each have their own feeder. Just recently one of the feeders started going off an hour earlier than the other even though they’re both set to the same times and on the same network. No clue how to fix.

Après avoir tout essayé (réinitialiser, changement de wifi 2,4GHz, redémarrage box internet,…), je suis finalement passé par l’application Tuya pour associer l’appareil qui fonctionne beaucoup mieux !

Dopo mille tentativi ho capito che è impossibile connettere il distributore di ci o al wi-fi con questa app.  Continuavano ad apparire messaggi di errore per timeout oppure “No autorità “ qualunque cosa possa voler dire. 

Ne ho usata un’altra a in 5 minuti ho risolto

Not only has this portioned out enough food for my cat every day several times I can scheduled when she gets food how much she gets food she’s lost the weight she supposed be at she has gotten to the point where she knows when that feeder is supposed to go off and she waits for it right next to it. It has saved me money it is save me a lot of worry for when I have to go out of town. I don’t have to worry that she’s gonna get fed by somebody.

Mi ha salvato praticamente ,tutto impostato e preciso negli orari,l’unica cosa che ogni tanto ma giusto ogni tanto se fai la somministrazione manuale quelli non previsti da orario ,l’input parte ma le crocchette non escono ,quindi se sono fuori casa e decido di dare delle crocchette in più ,non so se ha funzionato oppure no .Mi sono accorta di questa cosa mentre ero in casa e adesso lo so ,quindi al massimo imposto livello 1 e mando l’input 2 volte ,almeno sono sicura che ha funzionato 😅

Works well most of the time. 

But sometimes the timed feeding doesn’t work. It’s either too early or doesn’t feed at the time set.
